Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@crestlinecanada.com or 778-536-0944. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Returns of undamaged products may be accepted at our discretion within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

6. Cleaning Services Quotes

Submitting a quote request through our Site does not create a binding contract. Service quotes provided by our team are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final service terms, pricing, and schedules are agreed upon in a separate service agreement before work commences.
